Viewer Question: What cable to use to hook up HTPC to HDTV?

Viewer Question: What cable to use to hook up HTPC to HDTV? Tube. Duration : 4.08 Mins.

Our Viewer Question is from Mark of City of Industry, CA: I just built a HTPC with a core 2 duo 2.66 GHz, PQI 2 GB of RAM and a Nvidia EVGA 8800gts. I have a Sony Bravia KDL32M3000. Anyhow, I would love to hook up my HTPC to the TV What kinda cable would I need to do this? I am also getting a Blu-Ray dvd drive for my pc. Will my specs play high def dvds at full frame without any lag? Mark, Jason Cross has got you covered. Your specs are good to handle Blu-Ray. As for the cable, get a DVI to HDMI cable or a DVI to HDMI adapter. However, you will need seperate cables for audio.

How To OPEN Your NAT On XBOXLIVE! (Wired Linksys Router) Video Clips. Duration : 4.70 Mins.

Eminem 'Stan' Sequel, 'Matthew' - www.youtube.com [---------------------------FAQ-------------------------------] Q) I don't have a linksys router, what do I do? A) Simple, find a different tutorial as this one is for LINKSYS Routers. Sorry. Q) What exactly does having an OPEN NAT do? A) It gives you an overrall better connection on Xboxlive, meaning you will connect to games faster and you can connect to more games than you would if you had a Strict or Moderate NAT. Moderate can't connect to Moderate but can connect to Open, Strict can't connect to anything other than OPEN (sometimes not even open), Open can connect to EVERYBODY. Q) I did this and my NAT is still Moderate/Strict? A) Either you suck and did something wrong or you could have a garbage router. Try also forwarding the port "88". If that doesn't work, you'll need to upgrade your Routers firmware. You can get the latest firmware on the Linksys website. ************************NOTE: RESTART YOUR XBOX AFTER YOU FINISH ENTERING THE PORTS!!************************* Q) How do I get my xbox's IP? A) Dashboard - System - Network Settings - Edit Settings Q) My xbox has a different IP than 192.168.1.X? A) I'm honestly not 100% sure on that question other than you may either have a manual/static connection, if that is it then switch to DHCP settings as its much easier. Q) When I try to go to my routers control panel it says page can't be displayed? A) You probably didn't configure your router properly, simply pop the ...
