I have comcast cable with a cable box connected to a Toshiba 30HF83 Seems the flickering only happen to some HD channels and not others. Worst part is its very inconsistent. Any ideas of its source or possible solution?

I am a former Adelphia Cable subscriber that was forced to switch over to Time Warner Cable. This short video clip is a representative example of the quality of DIGITAL service I receive from Time Warner Cable. Note that this is being played on a BRAND NEW, state-of-the-art digital cable box. Needless to say, I am extremely disappointed with the cable service. Even the high-speed internet access I purchase from TWC has considerably slowed down since the switch from Adelphia. I am seriously considering switching to a satellite-based service
